Swim 2 u uses Australia Post – Parcel Post to ship all products.
A postage calculator is available in your shopping cart.
Postage options are also displayed at the checkout.
Choose either standard postage or express postage (International options are available).
All items are posted within 24 hours of the purchase date.
Email tracking is available on both standard and express postage.
Your tracking number will be added to your order and your online account.
Up to $100 of compensation included from Australia Post.
Free standard domestic postage is available on all orders over $100 and is automatically applied.

Returns Overview

Swim 2 u offers swimwear and swim equipment at super low prices. Due to this reason, we do not accept returns.

Please use the size guides provided on each individual product page to ascertain your swimwear size.

Faulty Products

There are certain situations where refunds are granted:

Swim 2 u stocks quality products from quality brands, however, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong on the production line. We have a great relationship with each of our suppliers.

Please contact us and we will, in turn, contact our supplier on your behalf.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will ask you to send the item to us.
If the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault:
We will arrange an exchange for the same product (if in stock) or a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased we would need the original purchaser to contact us.
