Time for some Saturday baking with these easy to make scones! Don’t forget to serve with jam, cream, and tea!

Ingredients
• 3 1/2 cups self-raising flour
• 1 cup thickened cream
• 1 cup lemonade
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Line tray with baking paper.
2. Combine the flour, cream, and lemonade in a bowl and mix, (do not over mix),
the dough should be soft and sticky.
3. Gently knead on a floured surface a few times and pat into disc shapes.
4. Use round cutters to cut your scones.
5. Pop onto a baking tray, allow scones to touch slightly.
6. Brush the tops lightly with a little milk.
7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden on top.
8. Place on a rack to cool with a tea towel over them (this will stop the tops from going crusty).
9. Serve with whipped cream and jam.
